Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping destinations:
We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

Sweden:
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Denmark & Norway:
Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and local postal services.

Tracking:
All orders include a tracking number. Your package is shipped discreetly and securely.

Customs (Norway):
If customs clearance is required, the delivery time may be extended slightly. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Optional Shipping Protection

Customers may choose to add Shipping Protection to their order for extra peace of mind.

Shipping Protection provides additional support for eligible cases where a parcel is lost in transit, tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located after reasonable carrier review.

Shipping Protection does not cover delivery delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, refused deliveries, uncollected parcels, customs-related issues, or cosmetic damage to the outer shipping carton when the product itself is intact.

If an eligible claim is approved, BioGenVita may provide a replacement shipment, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery issue and may require tracking information, photos, written confirmation, or other details needed to review the case.
